Julian’s experience in leading change is focused on raising the performance of teams to deliver for their customers.  He has extensive military and commercial leadership experience and has designed effective change programmes to raise performance of multiple teams.  

My leadership experience was developed in the Armed Forces (Army) in the field, including directing treaty verification teams across Eurasia and leading teams in the MOD Defence Policy Division working to Ministerial level.  

He has nine years’ experience of leading commercial teams in large, multinational companies, including business development teams focused on strategy development and execution, winning business and profitable growth, and performance, quality and training teams focused on performance improvement.
